Two good friends since childhood, Niklas and Magnus decided to buy a welder and then start assembling halls on their own. Norrlands Hall and Chapel was born. After 18 years of operation in assembly and PVC, a business branch was added to the company that would later become Consembly.
Which in turn today constitutes the construction and assembly company in which we operate.
The parent company NHC Group was formed, which has gradually developed and today operates in several places in the Nordic market. NHC Group currently consists of eight sister companies whose activities cover both different markets and industries.
The decision was made to streamline the departments at NHC in order to better focus on each individual activity. The former construction department NHK bygg was thus broken out and the formation of Consembly AB was a fact.
Since the start in 2021, Consembly's economic development has been very good with over a doubling of the turnover it made in its initial year on the market. The workforce has increased by as much as 60% since the start.
In 2022, Consembly already had a turnover of about SEK 90 million and the organization had grown to 50 employees within the framework of the organization's two business areas, construction and assembly. We are strategically located in Sweden and have operations from Norrbotten in the north to Skåne in the south with headquarters in Timrå.
Norrlands Hall och Kapell is founded when Niklas and Magnus buy their first weld and start their assembly company.
The company moves from Sundsvall and establishes itself in Timrå.
Niklas and Magnus buy the property they previously rented.
The premises are being expanded and the operating space doubled.
The construction department is being set up within the framework of the NHK.
