Office space for Nordea!

Office adaptation in the Olympen block with main entrance from Sjögatan, right in central Sundvall.

The scope of the adaptation is around 3500 m², spread over four floors with separate stairwells.
The project has been ongoing since spring 2023 and is expected to be fully completed in spring 2025.
