We are therefore now looking for experienced carpenters with a few years of industry experience in the construction and real estate sector.

As part of our construction team, you will work on building new and adapting existing buildings for both private market players as well as companies and real estate companies. Your main tasks include planning and implementing construction projects together with colleagues and management.

Personal profile:

• You are energetic, solution-oriented and flexible.
• You are also used to working under time pressure and some days with a hectic schedule.
• You are a self-starter as well as a master of and enjoy working in a team.
• You have good oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• You are positive, cheerful and have a helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers.

To be considered for the position, it is required that you have:

• At least 3 years of experience working as a carpenter.
• Experience in working with hand tools and machines.
• Experience in the creation of building elements such as doors, windows, stairs and roofs etc.
• Knowledge of construction techniques.
• The ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Can work in a team as well as independently.
• Driving license for passenger cars.
• Other distinctive skills, training, experience or certificates are an advantage.

The company:

We are a construction and assembly company that is basically part of the parent company NHC Group. In 2020, the decision was made to streamline the departments and the former NHK bygg was broken out and Consembly AB was a fact. Since the start in 2021, the company has grown and today has about 50 employees within the framework of both company departments. A turnover in 2022 of SEK 90 million and continued good growth. The company is strategically located in Sweden and has operations from Norrbotten in the north to Skåne in the south with headquarters in Timrå.

Our construction department carries out renovation, conversion and extension services. In interaction with the client, we carry out projects such as the creation of housing, offices, and local and industrial adaptations. Our most important task is to always gain the customer's trust by being transparent, committed and aiming to exceed expectations.
